Selected work / Business systems

One operating system for the work behind the service.

A connected environment that brought client, appointment, payment, content and team workflows into a single practical model for an expert-led service business.

Independent business-systems engagement

The challenge

Client information, appointments, payments, content and internal knowledge had grown across separate tools and habits. The business needed a system that could support day-to-day service delivery without creating a different spreadsheet or inbox for every question.

What I built

I designed the operating model and its connected database structure: a relational client and appointment system, payment and reporting views, content production workflows, collaboration areas, knowledge resources and focused dashboards for daily work.

I also designed appointment-lifecycle communications and the wider technical environment around the system, including practical security, remote-work and continuity measures.

System at a glance

  • 41retrievable data-source schemas
  • 592CRM records
  • 5,508appointment records
  • 416content-calendar records

These aggregate counts describe a read-only system snapshot taken on 27 August 2026.

Why it matters

The value is in the connections. A client, an appointment, a payment, a task or a content item has a clear place in the same operating environment, giving the business a stronger foundation for service delivery, reporting and team coordination.
