Enterprise information and collaboration transformation
I am rebuilding how commercial teams access, organise and share information so the work can move beyond file servers, VPNs and desk-bound routines.
The challenge
File-server, VPN and remote-access constraints made it harder for distributed teams to find, share and work confidently with current information. The friction was especially visible for people working beyond a desk or corporate network.
My contribution
I initiated the programme and lead discovery, file assessment, information architecture, migration planning, permissions design, training and adoption work across the participating commercial functions.
What I am building
The target environment gives teams purposeful workspaces, version history and controlled access, with mobile-first collaboration that makes current information easier to find, use and recover.
