A finance workflow redesign that turned manual approval and signature handoffs into a clearer, more repeatable digital path.

Finance requests that sat outside the ERP depended on email, follow-up and manual signatures. That made it difficult for requesters and approvers to see what was needed next, especially when the organisation shifted to remote and hybrid work.
What I led
I led the discovery and process assessment, brought the right stakeholders into the design, and mapped the approval decisions that had to be carried through a digital workflow.
The solution
I designed and implemented Microsoft Power Automate workflows with DocuSign-enabled signature practices. The work created a single path for requests, approval steps and signature completion, then paired the new way of working with user training.
Why it matters
This is a practical example of transformation work at the operational level: understand the real handoffs, remove unnecessary friction and give people a process they can use consistently. The workflow remains part of the finance operating environment and continues to evolve as requirements change.
