Real-estate operations transformation
I rebuilt fragmented property, administration and broker work around shared information, role-based workspaces and practical team routines.
The challenge
Property information, files, activity, meetings and team communication were spread across individual devices, paper records and disconnected tools. The business needed a shared way to run broker, back-office and collaborator work.
My contribution
I expanded an initial technical request into a wider operational assessment, then designed and implemented the target operating model, the role-based workspaces and the supporting collaboration layer. The work also covered HR workflows, onboarding guidance, documentation, security awareness and team enablement.
What I built
The delivery combined a management and administration environment with a broker-facing workspace. It brought together shared records, property and media-request workflows, meetings, tasks, reporting, knowledge resources and documented ways of working. I also provided one-to-one and group training to support the move away from fragmented practices.
