One shared way to run a multi-role property business.

A custom digital workplace that connected property, people, projects, reporting and daily coordination for a real-estate team.

The challenge

Property information, files, activity, meetings and team communication lived across individual devices, paper records and disconnected tools. A business with brokers, back-office work and external collaborators needed a shared operating model, not another isolated database.

What I built

I designed and delivered a two-level operating hub: a team-facing workspace for coordination and property work, and a management layer for company operations, reporting, resources and governance.

The model brought together structured Google Workspace use with role-based Notion workspaces for properties, tasks, meetings, contacts, knowledge, HR, finance, vendor issues and performance reporting.

How the work became clearer

Shared records, focused views, templates and documented routines gave people a common point of reference. The design supported more consistent information flow, easier retrieval and a way to continue work without relying on one person's desktop or memory.

Why it matters

It demonstrates end-to-end systems thinking: understand how a team works, shape an operating model around that reality, build the environment and help people adopt it. The technology only works when it gives the team a better day of work.
